What is a Channel Manager?
Channel "Managers" are software solutions that enable tourism operators (predominantly within the accommodation sector) to manage inventory (rates and availability) and subsequent bookings from one central system. This inventory can then be distributed across multiple channels, such as Bookeasy (Online Travel Agents - OTA).
To integrate Bookeasy inventory, the tourism operator will need to be 'Gold Medal' (instantly bookable).

How do Tourism Operators using a Channel Manager connect to Bookeasy?
Tourism operators will need to join a Visitor or Booking Centre in the Bookeasy network.
Product will then need to be set up in Bookeasy. This product generally matches the product that has been setup in the operator's Channel Manager. A link will then need to be created between the operator's Bookeasy inventory and their chosen channel manager - the channel manager will be able to give further information required for this mapping process.
