Staff Access Levels

Staff Access Levels can be used to control which sections of your console each of your staff members can access.

 

1.  Create a new staff member or open an existing staff member.

2.  Select one of the following access levels from the Access Level field and click Save.

 

 

All Access

 

This level will allow access to all areas of the Bookeasy console.  Only higher level staff members should be given this access level.

Selected Access

 

This level is usually used for general booking staff.  The Selected Access level will allow a user to access to the following sections on the Bookeasy console:

 

Operators' Details

Reservations

Clients Details

Quick Sales/Bookings

General and Help

Website and Marketing (Staff Whiteboard, Members News, Discussion Board, Holidays and Upload Images only)

Retails Sales

Payments

Financial Access

 

This level of access is used for financial officers and other users that require access to the finance sections of the console.  The Financial Access Level will allow a user to access to the following sections on the Bookeasy console:

 

Operators' Details

Reservations

Clients Details

Quick Sales/Bookings

General and Help

Website and Marketing (Staff Whiteboard, Members News, Discussion Board, Holidays and Upload Images only)

Retails Sales

Payments

Operator Returns

financial

 

Marketing Access

 

This level is usually given to your marketing team and staff members that will be updating the website.  The MArketing Access Level will allow a user to access to the following sections on the Bookeasy console:

 

Operators' Details

Reservations

Clients Details

Quick Sales/Bookings

General and Help

Website and Marketing

Retails Sales

Payments
