Member Console Overview

The Member Console has specific areas for different operator types.  At the top right of the screen, Your Name will appear as being logged into your Business Name Console, and there is also a quick link menu bar at the top for the Main Menu, Business Details and Reservations.  This will provide immediate access to these areas from any page.

 

For Accommodation Operator's

The following areas in the Member Console apply:

4.Additional Products & Features

 

 

For Tour Operator's

The following areas in the Member Console apply:

For Assorted Operator's

3.Relevant section(s) - e.g. Car Hire, Hire & Activities, Eating Out, Wineries, Events, Conference.

Menu Quick Links

Look at the top of the main menu screen - the Main Menu, Business Details and Reservations links are the same links that appear further down.  Your Username will appear along the top, then Logout and Online Help.

Have you clicked into the following areas of your console and checked that the following details have been completed?

 

Business Details

Online Booking Control

News, Events, Awards and Opening Hours

Accommodation details and facilities

List of Units, Rooms/Rates

Do you know how to update your availability calendar?

Do you know how to use the Block/Unblock Range?

Have you checked out the Online Distribution option?

Do you know how to set minimum night contraints?

Have you uploaded your images for your general search page, your main page, and your products page?

Do you know how to log a support request?
