Exporting Operator Data

Export Operator Email Addresses

Use this function to export all current member’s or all customer’s email addresses to a selected email address.

To export a full list of customer email addresses

Under the heading OPERATOR’S DETAILS on the Main Menu, click on Export all Operators Email Addresses.

In the field Please enter an email address of where the FULL list of customer emails addresses needs to be sent to: Enter the email address you want this information sent to.

Click on Export.

This information will be sent to the nominated email address.

To export a full list of current members email addresses

Under the heading OPERATOR’S DETAILS on the Main Menu, click on Export all Operators Email Addresses.

In the field Please enter an email address of where the list of all current members email addresses needs to be sent to: Enter the email address you want this information sent to.

Click on Export.

This information will be sent to the nominated email address.

1.Go to your normal email inbox and open up this email and select the list of addresses, by right clicking inside the body of the message and clicking Select All.

2.Copy the list of selected addresses by right clicking and then clicking Copy.

3.Open a new mail message.

4.Right click inside the field Bcc and then click Paste. This will ensure that the operators will not see each others e-mail addresses.

5.You are now ready to write the body of the message to your selected customers and the subject, and send as you would any other email.

Export Operators

Use this function to export all operators’ details.

To perform this function, follow the instructions below:

Under the heading OPERATOR’S DETAILS on the Main Menu, click on Export all Operators.

Enter your email address and Click on Export.

This information will be displayed on the following screen.

Copy and paste the body of the message which contains information in the followin fields:

 

Name

Email

Phone

Username

Commission

Date Modified

User Modified

Now open up Microsoft Excel from Start / Programs / Microsoft Excel. In Excel, open a new worksheet. Select the top left hand cell, right click and select paste. All the export information from the email will be displayed in the spreadsheet.

Click on the 1st column then go to Data at the top of the page and select "Text to Columns". This will bring up "Wizard Box" to convert the text to columns. Select delimited and click Next. In the “Delimiters” box, deselect Tab, select  Semicolon and click Next. Click “Finish” for Step 3. You have now created an Excel Spreadsheet containing all your customer data that can be used for mail merge purposes.
