Deactivate/Activate Emails

When staff amend an itinerary, they may wish to Deactivate the automatically generated emails that are sent out to Clients and Operators.  Perhaps the staff member is correcting an error or cancelling an unwanted booking and adding a new booking to the Itinerary.  In these cases, the Cancelled emails that automatically send to the Operator and Client may cause confusion.

How to Deactivate Automatic Emails

In the bottom left hand corner of the reservation the words Deactivate Emails will display, this means that the automatic emails are currently working as normal.  These emails can be disabled by clicking Deactivate Emails.

How to Activate Automatic Emails

In the bottom left hand corner of the reservation the words Activate Emails will display, this means that the automatic emails are currently disabled. The emails can be reactivated by clicking Activate Emails.
