Conference Operator Details

This screen enables the Operator to enter their overall Conference information.

 

1.Log in to the Member Console

2.Click ‘Conference Operator Details' in the Conference section

3.Use the table shown below for a description of what you will need to enter into each field.

4.Click ‘Save’ to save your changes.
 

Conference Rooms

Enter the total number of conference rooms that are available

Guests/Delegates

Enter the maximum amount of people that can fit inside your biggest conference room.

Conference Room Setup

Enter the amount of people for each room style (if applicable)

Venue Highlights

Enter Venue Highlights such as nearby facilities (i.e. Train/Bus station, restaurants etc), what separates this venue from others (i.e. views overlooking the river)

Special Features

Enter anything that is unique to conference venue i.e. views, ADSL connection etc

External Catering

Enter information about catering services provided (if applicable)

Conference Facilities

Enter information about the facilities on offer i.e. ADSL, Digital Projector, Tea & Coffee making facilities
