Booking Locations

Overview

 

Customised Booking Locations can be activated in the system and a unique login page must be used every time staff log into Bookeasy.  For example your Booking Centre may have sub-centres in towns around the region that can all log into the one Bookeasy system.  Or some centres have an info booth at the airport, a main Booking Centre and a Telesales room etc.  Statistical information can be obtained by Booking Location and payments can be reconciled by Booking Location for each sub-centre.

1. Add: To add a new Booking Location, enter the location name into this field and click on Add. The new location will drop into the list below immediately

 

2. Edit: Click here to Edit a current location's name

 

3. Delete: Delete will permanently remove the selected location from Bookeasy

 


 

Edit an Existing Location

1. Edit/Update: Click on Edit next to the Location you want to amend, Edit will then change to Update which you can click on once done

 

2. Booking Location: Enter the amended name into the Booking Location field

 

3. Cancel: Click on Cancel to revert to the previous view

 


 

Login to Bookeasy via an Existing Booking Location

 

A unique URL must be used to login to a specific Bokoing Location in Bookeasy;

 

http://www.bookeasy.com.au/login.aspx?Location=XXX

 

You will need to replace the XXX with the your Booking Centre ID from Bookeasy.  Contact Bookeasy to request this:

 

support@bookeasy.com.au

 

Make sure that ALL login shortcuts on computers in the Booking Centre are updated with this new URL
