Operators may wish to add notes to their bookings. These notes are visible on the clients itinerary and they appear on the Accommodation Manifest under the Booking Notes heading.
To add notes to a booking, follow these steps;
1.From the Main Menu of the Member Console, click on Reservations
2.Find your booking using: dates, Booking Number, Customer name
3.Click Add Notes under the Action column next to the reservation
4.Enter the notes into the pop up box and press Add
These notes will then appear on the manifest under the Booking Notes heading;
