Creating Image Gallery page on Website

Once the Image Gallery has been setup with Categories and Images, it is ready to be made live on the website.  Follow these steps to set up a new page;

1.Click Site Content under the Website & Marketing section.

2.Click Add a New Page at the bottom of the screen and give the page a heading i.e. Image Gallery

3.In the Redirect To section choose from one of the three Image Gallery options.  Please contact Bookeasy Support if you require assistance with choosing an option.  To preview what the page will look like, click the Preview button.

4.Allocate the page to appear on the menu (either Left or Middle - depending on which template the Booking Centre is using) and allocate a sort order if required. (If you are unsure as to which template your Booking Centre uses, please contact Bookeasy Support)

5.Click Save.

Additional Information if using "Image Manager - Customised Right and Top Sections"

If the Booking Centre opts for the web part: Image Gallery - Customised Right and Top Sections, the following information will help you complete the Redirect To section;

imagemanagerwebpart

picture_display1.asp?code=X&sitecontent=Y

X = The Page ID of the Site Content page that contains the information to be displayed at the bottom of the page.

Y = The Page ID of the Site Content page that contains the information to be displayed on the right hand side of the page.

Example: In the example below, there is text added to the right hand side of the gallery.  The Booking Centre added this text into a Site Content page and added this page number to the Y section of the code above.  If the Booking Centre wanted to also add text to the bottom of the page (i.e. Pictures Courtesy of xxx......) they can add this text to another Site Content page and add this page number to the X part of the code.
