Coffs Coast Visitor Information Centre
The Coffs Coast Visitor Information Centre installed Bookeasy in October 2006. Visitors have jumped at the opportunity to book online with more than 75% of Coffs Coast Visitor Information Centre bookings occurring online. Coffs Coast used their existing website and linked to Bookeasy functionality.
Best of Victoria
When Best Of Australia Travel Centres won the contract to run the booking service at the Melbourne Visitor Information Centre they didn’t have to think twice about installing Bookeasy, as they had already seen the system’s capacity when they installed it in Perth. Since installation bookings income has increased by 112%!
Yarra Valley Visitor Information Centre
After closely monitoring the success of Bookeasy in other centres across Australia for 18 months, the Yarra Valley Tourism Association unanimously decided to install Bookeasy in late 2005. When the board looked at figures in December 2006 they were no doubt pleasantly surprised to see bookings income had increased by more than 11 times from the previous year. In addition, visitors to their new website have gone against the national trend and book tours upon arrival, with 35% of tour bookings being made online.
